Not only did she find the perfect place to call our home away from home, she notified the management of our arrival and we were upgraded from a standard king to one of the penthouse suites! We were greeted with champagne and an ornate fruit arrangement. Amy knew all of the local hotspots, which was so important in one of the world’s most frequented tourist destinations.

Amy’s strong relationships have once again led to an unforgettable trip. Mykonos was magnificent! When the Hotel Ambassador’s owner came to greet us at the airport, we thought that was special enough, however, by the end of the trip we truly felt that we had become family.

Our hotel accommodations were superb. We entered our room and were amazed by the beautiful ocean view, inviting private plunge pool, and champagne with treats. Another surprise was the entire staff at the hotel knew exactly what we liked and disliked thanks to Amy and had our favorite table for breakfast ready for us every morning, the amazing bartender Panos would have our favorite cocktails whipped up in a minute once seeing us embark from the elevator. The owner personally accompanied us to the pharmacy when my husband became ill, contacted a friend at the jewelry store in town for him to keep the jewelry store open for us at off hours so we could have a personalized experience, and even brought my husband to his Uncle’s barber shop for a haircut. His brother, a co-owner of the various luxury hotels they have, hosted an amazing lunch for us filled with champagne, delicious cuisine and lots of laughter, after lunch he treated us to a tour of the new spectacular luxury hotel they will be opening in 2020. For our reservations, Amy landed us the most sought after times at the hottest spots in town, from Scorpios to Namos and everywhere in between. Amy’s vast knowledge of Greece afforded us the opportunity to experience many local hidden gems from cuisine to local shops. This truly was a magical vacation and we were definitely treated by everyone we encountered with unmeasured hospitality! Thanks again Amy for truly knowing what we desire from a vacation and going above and beyond to fulfill our dreams!

I connected with Amy when I needed someone to fix what another travel agent had started. I was due to embark upon a cruise from Athens to Venice and I had no air and no tours and we were leaving in a week. Amy listened to my itinerary, asked me detailed questions about my daughter’s interests and what I enjoyed. We had the most incredible time! Amy booked us on an amazing trip to St. Barth’s! From start to finish it was truly magical. St. Barth’s is the type of place that you can’t just go on your own and navigate. Beginning with the VIP airport service that we never would have known about. It saved us hours of lines that we would have had to wait in otherwise. We breezed right through every security check and passport line there was. The hotel Amy advised us to stay in was by far on the best beach with the best service possible. She rented a car for us that was waiting in the parking lot when we got there. Amy took care of everything. She booked all our dinner reservations, lunch reservations, beach clubs, and most importantly, told me where to shop! We didn’t have to do one thing, it was all done for us with a printed itinerary and a bottle of chilled wine waiting in the room. She books a first class vacation all the way through! My daughter was turning 13 and I wanted to surprise her with something special. Amy suggested Paris since we would be celebrating both of our birthdays. From the moment we stepped off the plane everything was VIP all the way. Private car to the hotel, the most exquisite suite waiting and decorated with all her favorite treats and a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower, she arranged a private perfume making session, a private macaron class with a chef and some lovely shopping with a driver waiting at each store. She even made sure that I had a special evening at a Michelin 2 star restaurant for a mind blowing chef tasting with wine pairing and the chef brought me back into the kitchen afterward. We were so fortunate to attend a private ceremony with less than 10 people for the Crown of Thorns at Notre Dame just one month before the fire. It was the most memorable birthday for both of us. We look forward to leaving our birthdays in her hands forever!

My friend always told me about this amazing travel advisor she has, Amy Grigos, so when I was looking for a warm weather escape I finally reached out. Amy asked me questions no one has ever asked me before – what type of food do I like, what type of drinks, what time do I like to have dinner? I didn’t have much time to go very far but I told Amy what I was looking for and she suggested this amazing boutique hotel right on the water in Cap Cana. It was everything I could imagine. The rooms were as large as an apartment and overlooking the water and when I got there the fridge was stocked with Kombucha drinks in several varieties and there were my favorite healthy snacks in a basket for me. A bottle of champagne on ice waiting for me with a personal note! I love having a lot of towels in my room, an obscene amount really, and there were always at least 8 towels in my bathroom every day. The staff all knew my name and made sure I was treated like a VIP the whole time, thanks to Amy’s relationships with the hoteliers, management and staff. It was the first vacation I truly didn’t want to leave. I’ve never felt so relaxed and pampered. I can see why my friend raves about her, Amy doesn’t miss a thing!!

I told Amy I needed a 4 day getaway that was relaxing but had some adventure. I was thinking Costa Rica or maybe out west…. She came up with Iceland. Best trip ever!!! We relaxed in a private section of the Blue Lagoon enjoying the magical water and indulging in spa treatments, we had an amazing chef’s tasting at a Michelin restaurant, went 4 wheeling through the black sand beach, took a Super Jeep up to the top of a glacier and rode snow mobiles across the glacier at 10,000 feet, then a tour of the south where we ate incredible food and met with locals and took care of and rode the iconic Icelandic Horses to the waterfalls. I can’t believe that trip was only 4 days because we did so much. Each memory is so fantastic I can’t pick one favorite. It was so awesome she sent me back there less than a year later to see a concert and stay at the Blue Lagoon again!

Of all the amazing trips Amy has sent us on my favorite is Italy. After a tour of the Colosseum I spent the afternoon in Gladiator school and it was so awesome! I learned to fight like a real gladiator. I loved our hotel in Rome because I could walk to the most amazing Gelato store and the best pizza was right near us too. We spent Easter in Florence and Amy sent the biggest chocolate egg I have ever seen in my life! It was almost as big as me! That hotel was so amazing, everyone was so nice to us and it was so pretty! Then we went to Venice and I got to make my own venetian mask and we took a private speed boat all around the beautiful colorful buildings. I ate more pizza while sitting on the water and watching all the boats go by. The gondola was a lot of fun too. I can’t wait to go back there again!

I wanted to surprised my family with a trip for Christmas. They love elephants so Amy suggested Thailand. We had one month to plan everything during festive week…not an easy task. The hotel I liked was totally booked – no worries, Amy got us in! The Elephant Sanctuary I wanted was booked months before. Amy said to give her a few days, guess what? She got us in. I wanted to stay at a cool hotel I found online. She told me I would like a different hotel much more. I’m so glad I listened because I went to visit the other hotel for a drink and messaged her telling her how grateful I am that I listened. The hotel she had us at was incredible from start to finish and so conveniently located. They catered effortlessly to my daughter and were always so warm to us. Each and every private tour was amazing. The guides were knowledgeable and adjusted the itinerary throughout the day based on what we liked and what we enjoyed most. Everyone was flexible and accommodating. The hotels were gorgeous and she always made sure we had a special meal for my daughter who is an extremely picky eater. That last-minute trip was a trip my family will never forget!
